Health and well-being

Our Human Resources in France consulted with experts, such as occupational psychologists and physicians, and launched activities around health and well-being. The program aims to improve quality of life and reduce psychosocial risks through both individual and group workshops.

Resilience Institute EuropeLexmark France organised support group discussions that included the Life Balance Project (Projet Equilibre2vies), which focused on the quality of life at work and psychosocial risks. This was led by a Lexmark Steering Committee as well as an occupational psychologist. A series of webinars were held by the Resilience Institute Europe in September 2021. The resilience training guided participants through an evidence-based framework of learning that aimed to equip them with a set of skills to navigate change, stay well, and perform at their best.

Annually, the Lexmark France Human Resources creates a development plan for the year that guides employees in terms of recommended training and specific strategic directions (stress management, emotional intelligence, management support for change, English language, and retirement preparation).
